01The brief
Enterprise support teams drown in repetitive tickets and watch SLAs slip. The product needed to feel less like ChatGPT bolted onto a CRM and more like a calm, trustworthy co-pilot embedded in the team's daily rhythm.
02The approach
We designed a single conversational surface where the AI suggests the next move and the human approves with a keystroke. Dense data, but quiet — every metric earns its place. Built the system in React + TypeScript with Tailwind, shipping the components I designed in the same week.
